Terms of service

All products have limited stock but can also be made to order in case the stock runs out. May this scenario occur, then production will begin after the website closes.

As stated in all items product description, please allow the time period stated for the production and shipping of items.

If your order has exceeded the shipping period, we will gladly assist you with further information on your order.

You can return your package to us up to 14 days after receipt. Is the product damaged or defective? We are always ready to help you with a suitable solution. If there is an error with an item you receive in your order please feel free to contact us.

Once the original tag is taken off the product, the product cannot be returned.

$CVM Entertainment is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

$CVM Entertainment is not responsible for the payment of customs or VAT fees. The fee varies and is determined by each country and cannot be calculated in advance. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge you will pay any customs and VAT fees that may occur.

Incorrect address / Returned mail policy

The customer is fully responsible for contacting $CVM Entertainment about packages returned to our facility due to an incorrect address or other various reasons. All inquiries of this type are to be directed to our customer service email, scvmentertainment@gmail.com. After 30 days the customer forfeits all rights to the merchandise and no refund will be issued.

The customer is also subject to pay for reshipment of a package. If the customer refuses to pay to reship the package, it is then forfeited back to $CVM Ent. No refund will be issued.
